Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
If your item (or items) is in stock, we or the manufacturer will ship your products within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Your delivery will typically take place between 2-10 business days depending on the delivery location. Orders are shipped from our California Warehouse.
Out of Stock Items
Although we stock a high level of inventory, we do run out of stock on products from time to time. Sometimes an item is in high demand; sometimes the manufacturer is simply delayed in shipping the product.
We will not hold your order due to an out of stock item, unless instructed so.
If an item over $10.00 is out of stock...
...we will fulfill the rest of your order and adjust the shipping charge. The out-of-stock item will be placed on backorder to be shipped at a later date. For an estimated delivery date for the back-ordered item, please call us at.
If an item under $10.00 is out of stock...
...it will be cancelled from your order. This will be indicated on the packing slip that is included with your delivery, and we'll adjust your shipping charges to account for the cancelled item. If you are still interested in the item or product, please include it in the next order you place with us.
Weekend Deliveries
Sorry, but our fulfillment partners do not deliver regular ground packages on Saturday or Sunday. If your order arrives at your local Distribution Center on Friday, it will be delivered on Monday.
Holiday Deliveries
UPS doesn't deliver on statutory holidays such as Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. Your package will be delivered on the next regular shipping day following the holiday. For complete holiday schedule please see below table.

Free shipping
Free shipping is only available in the contiguous continental USA. Some items are exempt from the free shipping promotion and are marked as so in the product info page. All items in an order must not be exempt from free shipping.
Return Policy
1. 30-Day Return Policy - Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are unopened, undamaged and in original conditioni. Such returns will receive credit in full, excluding any shipping charges. We cannot accept opened boxes, containers, vials, etc. as we are unable to return these to the manufacturer. We cannot issue refunds for products that have been subject to misuse or mishandling or for any items with any indications that they have been used, dirty, or have been washed. Additionally, personalized items and personal care items such as breast pumps, breastfeeding accessories and undergarments cannot be returned.
2. Defective Products - In the unlikely event you receive a defective product, please notify us. Provided the manufacturer agrees the product is defective, a replacement will be issued at no cost. Please note that defective products may only be exchanged for the exact same. We cannot issue refunds for a defective item.
3. Damaged Items - Notify the shipping carrier and us if the parcel arrives with external shipping damage. If your parcel arrives undamaged but the product(s) are damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) carefully for any concealed damage.
Contact our customer service department within 3 business days of the delivery date to report the damage. Please be sure to have information such as model number, serial number, date of manufacture and any part numbers available. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 3 business days of the delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well.
Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement parts.
4. Returns Procedure - Before returning items, please contact our customer service department (by email or phone). If by email, please include your name, order number, the reason for the return in the email, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If calling, please have this information available. Our customer service department will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number should be written prominently in the address portion of your return package.
5. Mailing Address - To return your package to us, please address it to "Infant Start Returns" and use the address provided to you by us during RMA correspondence. Please write your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.
6. Mailing Instructions - Please package your product carefully to ensure they are not damaged in shipment - we cannot issue credit for items damaged in transit to our office. Also to ensure safe delivery, you should ship your package using a trackable carrier (we recommend UPS, FedEx or USPS w/tracking). We are unable to issue credit for packages lost or damaged in transit to our office.
7. Credit and Return Time - It may take up to 10 business days for us to receive your returned or exchanged product. All refunds processed are for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping costs are refundable only if a product arrives damaged from shipping or is defective.
